Future Cost Care Report A Life Care Plan (also known as a Future Care Cost Report) is a tool designed to provide a comprehensive outline of the probable costs of a client’s needs and functional goals for a clients’ needs in the future following catastrophic and non-catastrophic injuries.
This report provides a thorough evaluation of an individual’s life both now and in the future to address the needs and future needs as it relates to their injuries and probable changes in one’s health as a result of the accident-related injuries. A Life Care Plan is specific and is tailored to the individual needs of each client. All of our Life Care Planners are Canadian Certified Life Care Planners with over 10 years of experience with acquired brain injury chronic pain and complex orthopedic cases.
